I Have Decided to Follow Jesus
I have decided to follow Jesus’ hymn is a Christian hymn from India. The lyrics are based on the last words of the Garo man, Assam.
I have decided to follow Jesus;
I have decided to follow Jesus;
I have decided to follow Jesus;
No turning back, no turning back.
(2x)
He gives me hope for each new day
I’m gonna follow Jesus
He lights my path all along the way
I’m gonna follow Jesus
I will go wherever He leads
I’m gonna follow Jesus
No turning back
Jesus Loves Me
“Jesus Loves Me” The hymn was first published as a poem by Anna B. Warner. It is one of the most popular Christian hymns in the world , particularly among children. Anna ‘s sister Susan asked for a poem for a dying child, and Anna wrote the beautiful words of Jesus Loves Me to bring comfort and peace.
Jesus loves me this I know
For the bible tells me so
Little ones to him belong
They are weak but he is strong
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
This I know
And I say yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
For the bible tells me so
Jesus loves me he who died
Heaven’s gates to open wide
He will wash away my sins
Let his little child come in
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
This I know
And I say yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
For the bible tells me so

Everywhere I go I’m gonna let it shine
Everywhere I go I’m gonna let it shine
Everywhere I go I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine
Even when I’m afraid I’m gonna let shine
Even when I’m afraid I’m gonna let shine
Even when I’m afraid I’m gonna let shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine
This little light of mine
I’m gonna let it shine
This little light of mine
I’m gonna let it shine
This little light of mine
I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine (x3)
I’ve Got Peace Like a River
I’ have Got Peace Like a River is an African-American spiritual Song. On the plains, the spirituals started and the slaves would sing to pass the time of day. It was also a perfect way to send along messages and spread the gospel.
“To illustrate peace, joy and love, this song uses water” as a simile.
William J. Reynolds is credited with this spiritual arrangement.
I’ve got peace like a river
I’ve got peace like a river
I’ve got peace like a river
In my soul
I’ve got peace like a river
I’ve got peace like a river
I’ve got peace like a river
In my soul
I’ve got love like an ocean
I’ve got love like an ocean
I’ve got love like an ocean
In my soul
I’ve got love like an ocean
I’ve got love like an ocean
I’ve got love like an ocean
In my soul
I’ve got joy like a fountain
I’ve got joy like a fountain
I’ve got joy like a fountain
In my soul
I’ve got joy like a fountain
I’ve got joy like a fountain
I’ve got joy like a fountain
In my soul
I’ve got peace, love and joy like a river
I’ve got peace, love and joy like a river
I’ve got peace, love and joy like a river
In my soul
I’ve got peace, love and joy like a river
I’ve got peace, love and joy like a river
I’ve got peace, love and joy like a river
In my soul
There is Power in the Blood
Jones was born in 1865 in Illinois and died in 1936 in California. He attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago with evangelist Billy Sunday. He worked in several states with the YMCA (Young Men ‘s Christian Association), suggesting that over the years he served in numerous positions. He composed over 200 hymns, lyrics and music, but none of them were as popular as this one. In 1899, he wrote ‘Power in the Blood.’
There’s power, there’s power
There’s wonder workin’ power
There is power, power, wonder-working power
In the blood of the Lamb
There is power, power, wonder-working power
In the precious blood of the Lamb
Would you do service for Jesus your King?
There’s power in the blood, power in the blood
Would you live daily His praises to sing?
There’s wonderful power in the blood
There is power, power, wonder-working power
In the blood of the Lamb
There is power, power, wonder-working power
In the precious blood of the Lamb
(repeat from the beginning)
No, Not One
Johnson Oatman, Jr. (1856-1922), born to a devout Christian family in New Jersey, attended church daily. His father (who had the same name) influenced him so much that he wanted to walk in his footsteps and grow up to be the man his dad was. His dad had a great booming voice and was in great demand as a gospel singer; perhaps this is why, at such an early age, Johnson enjoyed church music so much.
The kind of friend that Johnson found in Jesus is what we all need. You don’t have to be down and out or in some bad position to sing this song. We all go through difficult and lonely times. All of us need a pal … and Jesus knows it.
Oh
There’s not a friend like the lowly Jesus.
No, not one! No, not one!
No one else could heal all our soul’s diseases.
No, not one! No, not one!
Jesus knows all about our struggles.
He will guide us till the day is done.
There’s not a friend like the lowly Jesus.
No, not one! No, not one!
Hey! Oh
There’s not an hour that he is not near us.
No, not one! No, not one!
No night is so dark but his love can cheer us.
No, not one! No, not one!
(sing chorus 2 times)
No, not one! No, not one!
Hey! Oh
Ask and it will be given to you
Music Services, Inc. was founded in 1987 by veteran music industry Phil Perkins. Having been a songwriter, arranger, orchestrator, publisher, artist, and record producer since the early 1970s, he understood the importance of creative people’s symbiotic relationship with the companies that work with them. In the early stages of his music career, when he helped manage a major music publishing and recording company’s intellectual property properties, he soon saw the value of open accounting and the responsibilities and obligations corporations owed their artistic partners. The framework for Music Services was set in combining creative process and good business management.
Seek and you will find
Knock and the door will be opened to you
Ask, seek, knock
Ask and it will be given to you
Seek and you will find
Knock and the door will be opened to you
Ask, seek, knock
For everyone who asks receives
And he who seeks finds
And to him who knocks
The door will opened
Ask and it will be given to you
Seek and you will find
Knock and the door will be opened to you
Ask, seek, knock
Ask and it will be given to you
Seek and you will find
Knock and the door will be opened to you
Ask, seek, knock
For everyone who asks receives
And he who seeks finds
And to him who knocks
The door will opened
Ask . . . and it will be given to you
Seek . . .and you will find
Knock . . . and the door will be opened to you
Ask, seek, knock
Ask! Seek! Knock!
Ask! Seek! Knock!
My Best Friend
The song of American country music singer Tim McGraw, produced by Aimee Mayo and Bill Luther, is My Best Friend. It was released as the third single from McGraw’s A Place on the Sun album in October 1999. The song reached US Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks number one.
Have you heard of the One called Saviour?
Have you heard of His perfect love?
Have you heard of the One in Heaven?
Have you heard how He gave His Son?
’Cause I have found this love
I believe in The Son
Show me Your way
Jesus You are my best friend
And You will always be
And nothing will ever change that
I believe in the One called Saviour
I believe He’s the Risen One
I believe that I’ll live forever
I believe that my King will come
Nothing will ever change that
Nothing will ever change that
Nothing will ever change that
John 14:27
Here is John 14:27’s Bible verse song that I label “Do Not Be Afraid.” It’s a really sweet song with a feeling of lullaby. It beautifully illustrates the wonderful peace that Jesus wishes to offer to every one of us.
Whoa, Whoa, Whoa
Peace I leave with you
My peace I give, I give to you
I do not give to you
As the world gives
Peace I leave with you
My peace I give, I give to you
I do not give to you
As the world gives
Do not, do not, let your hearts be troubled
Do not, do not, don’t be afraid
Do not, do not, let your hearts be troubled
And do not be afraid
My God Is So Big
This song reminds us of God’s power and strength-and that he has built the world in which we live. This song can be sung with action: on the word ‘Huge’ make a circle with both hands in the air; for ‘hard’ raise one arm as if flexing muscles, then raise the other for ‘powerful;’ on ‘there is nothing my God can do’ wag one finger and shake your head as if saying no; for ‘rivers’ draw a wavy line with one hand; on ‘mountain’ bring the tips of the fingers of both hands together in a bag.
My God is so big, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
My God is so big, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
The mountains are His, the rivers are His
The stars are His handiwork too
My God is so big, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do, hey, hey
My God is so great, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
My God is so great, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
The mountains are His, the rivers are His
The stars are His handiwork too
My God is so great, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
My God is so big, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
My God is so big, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
The mountains are His, the rivers are His
The stars are His handiwork too
My God is so big, so strong and so mighty
There’s nothing my God cannot do
There’s nothing my God cannot do
There’s nothing, nothing, nothing He can’t do
