At this moment I’m writing this post (April 2020), There are global pandemic going on. Many people are struggling with illness and losing their jobs. It is required to stay quarantine during this time and many lose their hope. But not only we must endure this hardship but also we can be joyful even with all this madness.

For it is written in the book of James, “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy.”

My brothers and sisters, Even non-believers can endure during hardship, but being joyful is totally different story. Because unshakable joy only comes from trusting our lord Jesus Christ.

Remember, happiness is not the same as Joy we get from GOD. Happiness comes from circumstances but Joy comes from faith in the eternal promise made by Jesus Christ who is almighty God.
